GRIEF COACHING FOR WOMEN

Life can hold
light again.

Compassionate support after losing your partner to suicide.
A gentle way forward, with room for everything you feel.

Let’s connect

You don’t have to
leave your love
behind.

Maybe you’re getting through the day, but coming home is the hardest part. The house is quiet. The future you imagined feels far away.

And when people tell you to “move on,” it can feel like they’re asking you to forget.

There is room for your grief.
And, in your own time, there can be room for you, too.

We begin with where you are today. No performance. No pressure to be okay. Just a small next step, together.

A quiet path winds through sunflowers toward misty green hills.

A little peace.
A little possibility.

Not all at once. Not on anyone else’s timeline.

A WAY FORWARD, TOGETHER

Small steps.
Real support.

My six-part approach makes space for connection, quiet, and a life that still holds meaning.

These are areas we can return to together, not stages you have to complete in order. Your experience sets the pace.

Explore coaching
1Begin where you are

Make room for what life feels like now. We start by listening, without asking you to make your grief smaller or find the right words.

2Build your circle of support

Find gentle ways to reach out to friends and family. Together, we can put words to what you need and prepare for conversations that feel difficult.

3Find peace within the storm

Explore simple meditation and moments of stillness, at a pace that feels comfortable. The invitation is a little breathing room in the midst of grief.

4Reconnect with everyday joy

Notice a warm cup, a beautiful sky, a familiar song. Through reflection and journaling, we make space for small moments of beauty without forcing happiness.

5Discover your next chapter

Explore what matters to you now and what you might want life to hold. A next chapter can carry your love with it.

6Carry love forward

Bring your practices and support into daily life. Keep making room for remembrance, connection, and possibility, including on the difficult days.

MEET KIMBERLY

I know how lost
this can feel.

My fiancé and lifelong best friend died by suicide five days before our wedding. I felt lost, empty, and alone. I didn’t know where to turn, or how to imagine a life that could feel good again.

In the years that followed, I began rebuilding. There was no single moment when everything changed. Slowly, there was more room for peace, connection, and joy.

Today, as a life and transformation coach, helping women through this kind of loss is deeply personal to me. I bring my lived experience, compassion, and a commitment to meeting you where you are.

Remember you are loved.

A few things
you may wonder.

Do I have to feel ready?

You don’t need a clear plan or a polished story to have a conversation. The free call is a chance to get to know each other and explore whether this support feels right for you.

Is this therapy?

This is coaching: supportive conversations, reflection, and practices for everyday life. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis care. Coaching does not replace support from a qualified mental health professional.

Will I be asked to move on?

No. The approach makes room for the person you love and for the life you are living now. You don’t have to forget them to explore what comes next.
